The President of the Center for International and Cultural-Business Cooperation “Culture for Life” Galina Merzlikina presented letters of gratitude from the Committee of Artists and Business “For the contribution to the preservation and promotion of national culture and art, development of cultural ties” to prominent cultural and artistic figures of Uzbekistan, including Viktor Apukhtin .
