The premiere of the new film “In the Sovereign’s Service. Artist Alexey Bogolyubov” took place on November 12 at the Russian Abroad Film Festival in Moscow. The film was shot by the famous Russian documentary film director Denis Chuvaev. The epilogue to the film was prepared jointly with Uzbek colleagues.
The Moscow premiere took place at the House of Russian Abroad and included not only the premiere screening of the film, but also a presentation of artistic and musical portraits of A.P. Bogolyubov, as well as a lecture by Svetlana Usacheva “Unknown Bogolyubov”.
I would especially like to note that our compatriot, the famous Tashkent artist Viktor Apukhtin, took part in the film. He interpreted the portrait of Bogolyubov in his own way and presented it to the viewer in the epilogue.
The film will soon be shown in Tashkent, which will allow even more viewers to get acquainted with the life and work of the outstanding artist and public figure Alexey Bogolyubov.
We congratulate the creative team of the film, first of all, the author of the project Elena Peshkova, director Raisa Roldugina and cameraman Mirzhalol Akhundzhanov on the successful premiere and look forward to the screening in Tashkent!
